Roache Street Property
As many of you know, TDWM recently purchased an abandoned home in the Riverside neighborhood. The property is located at 1020 Roache Street — just West of MLK Jr. Street, between 26th and 27th Street.
TDWM has been working in the Riverside neighborhood for several years and has made a commitment to continue serving this neighborhood and its kids.
We understand the importance of establishing a permanent presence in the neighborhood and this house will provide the perfect opportunity to do just that.
Renovations are under way and we are currently in need of financial donations, as well as mission teams and volunteers to help remodel this property. Current needs include: insulation, an electric water heater, an electric furnace, electrical expertise, and plumbing expertise.
